Kitesurfing Baptism
Discover the world of kitesurfing in one session. This course will be your first experience as a kitesurfer. This course will clear up all your doubts about kiteboarding. In this course you will learn:
What will I learn?
- Safety tips: Which areas are safe for kitesurfing. Knowing how to decide when and where to go kitesurfing.
- Equipment: Assembly and disassembly of equipment.
- Security: Use of your computer's security systems.
- Assisted takeoff and landing.
- Wind window: You will understand how the kite works and its power zones.
- Flying the kite: With the instructor's help, you will fly the kite and feel all its strength and power.
What does it include?
- Complete equipment: Wetsuit, harness, vest, helmet, kite, bar, and board.
- Training by a certified instructor with many years of experience in this sport.
- Accident and civil liability insurance.

Introduction to Kitesurfing - Level 1
First steps on your journey of no return into madness. No previous experience necessary. This introductory kitesurfing course starts at level 0 and ends with the body drag downwind technique, i.e., handling the kite in the water downwind. This course is taught in A Coruña and Pontevedra.
What will I learn?
- Safety tips: Which areas are safe for kiteboarding and where to set up on the beach. When can I kiteboard and when should I not?
- Equipment: You will learn how to assemble and disassemble your equipment and how to use safety systems.
- Takeoff, landing: You will learn how to take off and land the kite with assistance.
- Wind window: You will understand how the kite works and its power zones.
- Flying the kite: You will fly the kite on land until you are skilled enough to do so at sea.
- Body drag: Once in the water, and before learning how to use the board, we will teach you how to move through the water, downwind (with the wind).
What does it include?
- Complete equipment: Wetsuit, harness, vest, helmet, kite, bar, and board.
- Training by a certified instructor with many years of experience in this sport.
- Accident and civil liability insurance.
- You don't have to bring anything extra.

Introduction to Kitesurfing - Level 2
This introductory kitesurfing course starts at level 1. This course is taught in A Coruña and Pontevedra.
What will I learn?
- Walking: You will enter and exit the water on your own.
- Skill: You will fly the kite with one hand.
- Generating power with the kite: You will learn how to power up your kite safely in the water so that you can use it with precision when you get on the board.
- Sailing with your body facing into the wind (upwind). This technique is essential for you to be able to retrieve your board whenever it drifts away from you.
- Water start technique: Start sailing with a kite and board. We will teach you the necessary movements and how to position yourself so that you can finally sail your first few meters.
- Introduction to priorities.
- Self-rescue basics.

- Training by a certified instructor with many years of experience in this sport.

Duration: 2 days – 2 hours each day.

Independent Course - Level 3
Once you have completed your beginner's course, you can continue progressing with the "independent" program to become an experienced kitesurfer. This course is taught in A Coruña and Pontevedra.
What will I learn?
- Position: We will correct your position so that you can navigate correctly.
- Speed: You will control your gliding speed with the edge and come to a controlled stop.
- Upwind sailing: We will teach you how to return to the starting point, and you can forget about those long walks along the beach.
- Basic turn, changes of direction.
- Unassisted takeoff
- We can use our boat and you will receive instructions while sailing without interruptions.

- Training by a certified instructor with many years of experience in this sport.
