We are pioneers in windsurfing instruction in A Coruña, with over 30 years of experience teaching windsurfing and training new athletes. We know the best spots for windsurfing in Galicia, and the most suitable ones for you to learn and progress quickly. Beginners' Windsurfing Course
This introductory course is taught in four sessions of 2.5 hours each, for a total of 10 hours. It takes place from Monday to Thursday, with Friday reserved in case weather conditions prevent the class from being held on any of the previous days. There are two schedules, one in the morning from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and another in the afternoon from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A weekend course could be organized at the request of the students if there is a minimum group of 3 people interested. In this case, it would take place over 2 weekends. There would also be 4 sessions of 2.5 hours each.
What does it include?
All courses are taught from a boat to a maximum of 6 students at a time.
Includes insurance, all necessary equipment, wetsuit, and life jacket.

Advanced Course
In this advanced course, you will learn how to correctly perform techniques such as:

- Use of harness straps
- Access to navigation in the foot straps
- Beach Start and Water Start
- Positions on the board and trims
- Jibe/speed jibe and tack
Individual price: €40/hour
Price for 2 people: €30/person – 1 hour
Price for 3 people: €25/person – 1 hour
Weekday courses
Monday through Friday.
Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
It is possible to arrange an afternoon schedule on request.
Weekend courses
They take place over two weekends, with two and a half hours each day.
Hours: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Where the courses are held and how they operate.
The courses take place on Santa Cristina beach in the municipality of Oleiros, A Coruña. We have a storage room there where all the equipment is kept. Our facilities include changing rooms and hot showers. Every day, the zodiac and boards are taken down to the beach before the course begins. Once everything is ready, the students are taken away from the shore and the swimming area by the zodiac, and the courses are held in Santa Cristina Bay, always under the watchful eye of the instructor from the boat. Beginners' courses are always 10 hours long, divided into 5 sessions of 2 hours each.
Become a member and continue sailing all year round
Once you have completed the course, you can continue sailing with us. If you decide to take another course, we will give you a €20 discount. Another option , if you have done well and feel confident enough, is to continue renting equipment . Rental costs €25 for half a day or €20 if you have taken the course with us. If you have enjoyed windsurfing and are now hooked, you can become a member of our club and continue sailing all year round.
We are a group of sea enthusiasts who get together whenever there is wind to enjoy it and share it with friends.
To become a member, you only have to pay a €50 entrance fee and a monthly fee of €24.20, which entitles you to use all of the club's windsurfing equipment. If you decide to buy a board, you can store it at the club. In that case, you will pay the same fee for storage space but will not be entitled to use the club's equipment.
