If you dream of forgetting your wetsuit and sailing in warm waters in your swimsuit, this is the destination for you. In northwestern Brazil, in the province of Ceará, you'll find the perfect conditions for kitesurfing: constant, steady wind, flat water, and endless downwinds between waves. It's one of our favorite trips, not only because of these excellent conditions, but also because of the diversity of the trip, with three nights at each of the spots chosen for this edition.
You will discover the lively tourist towns of Cumbuco and Jericoacoara, as well as quiet, authentic villages such as Taiba. You will travel by buggy across endless dunes and enjoy fun downwind rides every day. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, a kite instructor will accompany us throughout the trip, and we'll group you with others of the same level. If you want to hire lessons or equipment during the trip, that's also possible.
If you don't know northeastern Brazil, don't hesitate, this is the trip for you.
TRAVEL ITINERARY
DAY 1: DEPARTURE –October 16
Arrive at Madrid airport in advance to check in and board your flight to Fortaleza.
Arrival at Fortaleza airport. Baggage claim and transfer to Pousada Lagoa da Barra in Taíba. Once there, rooms will be assigned.
DAYS 2-4:TAIBA– October 17 to 19
Stay in Taíba in double rooms with breakfast included.
– Breakfast: from 8:00 to 10:00
Kitesurfing in the open sea or Lagoa da Taíba.
Possibility of downwind sailing to Paracurú.
Day 4: Transfer from Taiba to Jericoacoara at 3:00 PM.
DAYS 4-7: JERICOACOARA – October 19 to 22
Arrival from Taiba at 7:00 p.m.
Accommodation in a superb hotel in Jericoacoara in a double room with breakfast. Free days to go kitesurfing.
Possibility of traveling to famous spots such as Preá or Guriú.
DAY 7: Transfer from Jericoacoara to Cumbuco at 5:00 p.m.
DAYS 7-11: CUMBUCO – October 22 to 26
Accommodation in a pousada in a double room with breakfast.
Possibility of visiting the lagoons and spots in the area and doing downwind.
DAY 11:RETURN– October 26
Breakfast at the hotel at 9:00.
Free morning to surf and pack up equipment.
Pick up at the Pousada at 3:00 p.m. and transfer to Pinto Martins Airport in Fortaleza.
Return flight to Spain.

The Lagoa da Barra residence is located on Taiba Beach, facing the sea, with stunning views and next to Lagoa da Barra. You can walk to both the open sea and the lagoon. A wonderful swimming pool, private parking, a cozy restaurant, and attentive staff to meet your needs will make your vacation unique and unforgettable.
HOTEL JERI – Jericoacoara
POUSADA ONNA BEACH – Cumbuco
One of the best infrastructures on Cumbuco beach. Beachfront inn with outdoor pool and large open spaces facing the beach. Rooms have air conditioning and hot water. It's perfect for surfing right in front without having to travel. At night, it offers live music with a great, cheerful, and carefree atmosphere.
